Close-Up of the Jelly Mouth Cushion. Even though one is shipped with each device, it would be advised to buy an extra or two, because, they can become discolored with use over time. It's always good to have some extras on hand. I've tried plumping without one and to say it is uncomfortable would be a gross understatement. Better safe than sorry, I say.
